The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2012

The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 148(5) of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2012.

2. Section 94 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 comes into force on 17 May 2012.

3. Section 93 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 comes into force on 1 October 2012.
