The Scarborough and North East Yorkshire Health Care National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2012

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(1), 272(7) and 273(1) of, and paragraph 28 of Schedule 4 to, the National Health Service Act 2006( 1 ).

The Secretary of State makes this Order on the application of the Scarborough and North East Yorkshire Health Care National Health Service Trust, following the consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4( 2 ) to the Act( 3 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Scarborough and North East Yorkshire Health Care National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st July 2012.

Dissolution of NHS trust

2. —(1) The Scarborough and North East Yorkshire Health Care National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2)The Scarborough and North East Yorkshire Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991( 4 ) is revoked.
