Citation and Commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Amendment of Schedule 6) Order 2012 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Amendment of Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005

2. In Part 2 of Schedule 6( 2 ) to the Gambling Act 2005 (enforcement and regulatory bodies)—

(a) omit the entry relating to the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority, and

(b) after the entry relating to the Office of Fair Trading insert—

“ The Pensions Regulator ” .

3. In Part 3 of Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005 (sport governing bodies)—
