The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2012

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 8B(5) of the Immigration Act 1971( 1 ).

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into force on 3rd July 2012.

2. For the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000( 2 ) substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.

3. The instruments listed in Schedule 2 to this Order are revoked.
