The Energy Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2012

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 38(2) of the Energy Act 2010( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2012.

Commencement of provisions

2. The following provisions of the Energy Act 2010 come into force on 16th July 2012—

(a) sections 18 to 23; and

(b) paragraphs 7 and 8 of the Schedule (and, so far as relating to them, paragraph 5 of the Schedule and section 35).
