House of Commons Members’ Fund Resolution 2012

Coming into force in accordance with the Resolution

Resolved , pursuant to section 3 of the House of Commons Members’ Fund Act 1948( 1 ) and section 2 of the House of Commons Members’ Fund and Parliamentary Pensions Act 1981( 2 ), that the following shall be substituted for paragraph (6) of the Resolution of this House of 7 March 2005( 3 ) with effect from April 2012:

(6) the relevant percentage to be applied each April is the percentage applied for the purposes of Part I of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 in respect of that April .
