The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 131(1) and 210(7) of the Education Act 2002( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Teachers’ Appraisal) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 1st September 2012.

Amendment to the Education (School Teachers’ Appraisal) (England) Regulations 2012

2. —(1) The Education (School Teachers’ Appraisal) (England) Regulations 2012( 2 ) are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 4(a) of regulation 1, after “2008” add “or the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) Regulations 2012”.
