The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 113B(9) and 125 of the Police Act 1997( 1 ) as extended and modified by the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Jersey) Order 2010( 2 ).

Citation, commencement and extent

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Jersey) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 10th September 2012.

(2) These Regulations extend to Jersey.

Amendment of the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Jersey) Regulations 2010

2. Regulation 9 of the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Jersey) Regulations 2010( 3 ) is omitted.
