The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(2) of the Live Music Act 2012( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Live Music Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.

Commencement

2.The Live Music Act 2012 comes into force on 1st October 2012.
