The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 136(c) and 210(7) of the Education Act 2002( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Further Education Teachers’ Continuing Professional Development and Registration (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 30th September 2012.

Revocation

2. The following Regulations are revoked—

(a) the Further Education Teachers’ Continuing Professional Development and Registration (England) Regulations 2007( 2 ); and

(b) regulation 3 of the Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications, Continuing Professional Development and Registration (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012( 3 ).
