The Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2012

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 216(3) of the Equality Act 2010( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2012.

Provisions coming into force on 1st September 2012

2. The following provisions of the Equality Act 2010 come into force on 1st September 2012—

(a) section 31(9) and Schedule 2 in so far as they are not already in force; and

(b) section 98 and Schedule 13 in so far as they are not already in force.
