The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Economic Interest Grouping and European Public Limited-Liability Company (Fees) Revocation Regulations 2012 and come into force on 1st October 2012.

Revocation

2. The European Economic Interest Grouping and European Public Limited-Liability Company (Fees) Revocation Regulations 2009( 2 ) are revoked.
