The Water Act 2003 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2012

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 105(3), (4) and (6) of the Water Act 2003( 1 ).

Citation and application

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Water Act 2003 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2012.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 86 of the Water Act 2003 so far as not already in force is 6th April 2012.
