Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)

The Secretary of State, in exercise of powers conferred by section 128(2) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. β€”(1) This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2012 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it has been laid before Parliament.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.

2. β€”(1)The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2(1)(g), for β€œthe sites described in paragraphs (2) to (11)” substitute β€œthe sites described in paragraphs (2) to (12)”.
