The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 336(3) and (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No. 29 and Saving Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2012.

Amendment of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No. 29 and Saving Provisions) Order 2012

2. In the Schedule to the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Commencement No. 29 and Saving Provisions) Order 2012( 2 ), after “Halton” in the list of relevant local justice areas insert “High Peak”.
