The Severn Bridges Tolls Order 2012

Coming into force

1st January 2013

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 9(1), 9(2)(b), 9(3)(b), 9(4) and 9(6) of the Severn Bridges Act 1992( 1 ) hereby makes the following Order.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Severn Bridges Tolls Order 2012 and shall come into force on 1st January 2013.

Level of tolls

2. The tolls leviable in respect of vehicles within the categories referred to in section 8(1) of the Severn Bridges Act 1992 using either of the bridges shall be as follows:-

Category 1 vehicles £6.20
Category 2 vehicles £12.40
Category 3 vehicles £18.60

Revocation

3. The Severn Bridges Tolls Order 2011( 2 ) is hereby revoked.
