The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 154(5) and 157(1) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2012.

Amendment

2. —(1)The Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2011( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1—

(a) in paragraph (yy), for “paragraph (kkk)” substitute “paragraph (lll)”;

(b) in paragraph (bbb), for “paragraph (lll)” substitute “paragraph (mmm);

(c) in paragraph (ccc), for “paragraph (mmm)” substitute “paragraph (nnn);

(d) in paragraph (iii), for “paragraph 4” substitute “paragraphs 2(2) and 4”.
