The Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa)(Amendment)(No. 2) Order 2012

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999( 1 ).

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2012.

(2) This Order comes into force on 3rd April 2012.

2. —(1) The Immigration (Passenger Transit Visa) Order 2003( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1( 3 )—

(a) after “Ecuador” insert “Egypt”;

(b) after “Liberia” insert “Libya”; and
