The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 151(1) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2013.

Provision coming into force on 14th May 2013

2. Section 148 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 comes into force on 14th May 2013.
