The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 14A(1) of the National Health Service Act 2006( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the National Health Service (General Duties of the National Health Service Commissioning Board in Relation to Clinical Commissioning Groups -Specification of Date) Order 2013.

Specified day

2. For the purposes of section 14A of the National Health Service Act 2006 the day specified is the 31st March 2013.
