The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(1) of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and extent I1

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.

2003 c.32 . Section 29(1) was amended by the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Devolution of Policing and Justice Functions) Order 2010 ( S.I. 2010/976 ), article 12 and Schedule 14, paragraph 76(1) and (2)(a).

1988 c.33 . Section 32(1A) was inserted by the Criminal Justice Act 1991 (c.53) , section 55(3). It was amended by the Criminal Appeal Act 1995 (c.35) , section 29(1) and Schedule 2, paragraph 16(2).
