The Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2013

The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 182(4) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2013.

Commencement

2. The following provisions of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 come into force on the day after the date on which this Order is made—

(a) section 43 (coroners regulations); and

(b) section 45 (coroners rules).
