The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(2) of the Mental Health (Discrimination) Act 2013( 1 ):

Citation

1. This order may be cited as the Mental Health (Discrimination) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013.

Appointed day

2. Section 2 of the Mental Health (Discrimination) Act 2013 comes into force on 15th July 2013.
