The Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No.7) Order 2013

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 150(3) and (4)(a) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform Act 2012 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2013.

Appointed days

2. —(1) Except as specified in paragraphs (2) and (3), section 120 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 (loss of tax credits) comes into force on 6th April 2013.

(2) Subsection (2) of that section and subsection (1) of that section in so far as it relates to it come into force on 1st February 2013 only for the purpose of making regulations and orders.

(3) Subsection (4) of that section and subsection (1) of that section in so far as it relates to it come into force on 1st February 2013.
