The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 241(3)(c) and (8) of the Enterprise Act 2002( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 9 Restrictions on Disclosure of Information) (Specification) Order 2013 and comes into force on 16th August 2013.

Specified subordinate legislation

2. The Green Deal Framework (Disclosure, Acknowledgment, Redress etc. ) Regulations 2012( 2 ) are specified for the purposes of section 241(3)(c) of the Enterprise Act 2002.
