The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 136(a) and (c) of the Education Act 2002( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 1st September 2013.

Revocation

2. The Regulations listed in the first column of the Schedule are revoked.
