The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(2), (6) and (10) of the Gas Act 1995( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Gas (Extent of Domestic Supply Licences) (Revocations) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st October 2013.

2. The following Orders are revoked:

(a) the Gas (Extent of Domestic Supply Licences) Order 1996( 2 );

(b) the Gas (Extent of Domestic Supply Licences) (Amendment) Order 1996( 3 ); and
