The Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges Act 2013( 1 ).

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013.

Appointed day

2. The appointed day for the coming into force of the Disabled Persons’ Parking Badges Act 2013 is 8th October 2013.
