The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 99(1) and (2)(b) of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013( 1 ), makes the following Order.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Competition and Markets Authority) (Consequential Amendments) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st October 2013.

Amendment of the National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 2010

2. In Part 1 of the Schedule to the National Assembly for Wales (Disqualification) Order 2010( 2 ) (bodies the members of which are disqualified) at the appropriate place insert—

Competition and Markets Authority .
