The Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013 (Commencement) (England) Order 2013

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12(3) of the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013 (Commencement) (England) Order 2013.

Application and commencement

2. The Prevention of Social Housing Fraud Act 2013 (apart from section 12) comes into force in England only on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
