The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 15 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2013 and comes into force on 15th October 2013.

Designation of rural primary schools

2. The schools in a list called β€œDesignated Rural Primary Schools” published on the Department for Education’s website on 14th October 2013 are designated as rural primary schools in England.

Revocation

3.The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2012( 2 ) is revoked.
