The Competition Act 1998 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2013

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(3) of the Competition Act 1998( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2013.

Provisions coming into force on 10th March 2013

2. The following provisions of the Competition Act 1998 come into force on 10th March 2013 so far as they are not already in force—

(a) section 1 (enactments replaced);

(b) section 74(3) (repeals); and

(c) Part 1 of Schedule 14 (repeals).
