The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in the exercise of the power conferred by section 182(4) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 16) Order 2013.

Commencement of provisions of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009

2. Section 148 (security in tribunal buildings) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 is commenced on 18th November 2013.
