The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(2) of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions Act 2010( 1 ), make the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions Act 2010 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2013.

Provisions coming into force on 1st December 2013

2. Sections 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies and Credit Unions Act 2010 come into force on 1st December 2013.
