Present,

The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1(2) of the Fishery Limits Act 1976( 1 ), or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fishery Limits (Revocation) Order 2013 and comes into force on 31st March 2014.

2. The Fishery Limits Order 1997( 2 ) and the Fishery Limits Order 1999( 3 ) are revoked.
