Present,
The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(2) of the Territorial Sea Act 1987( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Territorial Sea (Limits) (Amendment) Order 2013 and comes into force on 31st March 2014.
2. The Territorial Sea (Limits) Order 1989( 2 ) is amended as follows:
“ (i) Article 4(b) shall be amended to read:
“ (b) all positions given by means of coordinates are defined on World Geodetic System 1984 Datum ( WGS84 ) ” ; and
(ii) The Schedule to the Order shall be amended to read as in the Schedule to this Order. ”
