The Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2013

The Treasury make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 122(3) and (4) of the Financial Services Act 2012( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2013.

Appointed day for the coming into force of certain provisions of the Financial Services Act 2012

2. 19th March 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—

(a) sections 17 and 18 of the Financial Services Act 2012 for the purposes of making rules;

(b) section 39 of that Act for the purpose of introducing paragraph 28 of Schedule 11 to that Act in so far as it relates to the fixing of standard terms.
