The Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2013

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 182(5) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2013.

Provisions coming into force on 22nd April 2013

2. Section 117(4), (5), (6), (7) and (8) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (detention of persons under section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000( 2 )) shall come into force on 22nd April 2013.
