The Lord President of the Council makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25(1) and 27(1) of the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013( 1 ).

1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2013.

2. Section 6 of the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013(amendment of Parliamentary Constituencies Act 1986) comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
