The Attorney General, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 185(5) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014( 1 ), makes the following Order.

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2014.

Provision coming into force on 2nd June 2014

2.Section 149 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (inspection of Serious Fraud Office) comes into force on 2nd June 2014.
