The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 86(2) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (Commencement No. 15) Order 2014.

Appointed day for section 25

2.Section 25 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made, in so far as it is not already in force.
