The Crown Agents Holding and Realisation Board (Dissolution) Order 2009

Coming into force in accordance with Article 1

The Secretary of State for International Development makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 24(2) of Schedule 5 to the Crown Agents Act 1979( 1 ) and now vested in him( 2 ).

The Secretary of State is satisfied that the requirements of the provisions cited in paragraphs 24(2)(a) and (b) of Schedule 5 to that Act( 3 ) have been complied with.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Crown Agents Holding and Realisation Board (Dissolution) Order 2009 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Dissolution

2. The Crown Agents Holding and Realisation Board is dissolved.
