The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) of the Armed Forces Act 2011( 1 ):

Citation and interpretation

1. This Order may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2011 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2014.

2. In this Order “the Act” means the Armed Forces Act 2011.

Commencement

3. Section 4 of the Act comes into force on 4th June 2014.
