The Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2014

The Secretary of State for Health makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 306 of the Health and Social Care Act 2012( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2014.

Commencement of provisions

2. Insofar as it is not already in force( 2 ), the day appointed for the coming into force of section 226(2)(a) of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 is 9th June 2014.
