See section 306(1) of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (c. 7) (“the Act”) for the provisions which came into force on the day the Act was passed, and S.I. 2012/1319 (C. 47) , 2012/1831 (C. 71) , 2012/2657 (C. 107) , 2013/160 (C. 9) , 2013/671 (C. 28) , 2013/2896 (C.117) and 2014/39 (C.2) for provisions of the Act which came into force by Order on earlier dates.
