The Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 15) Order 2014

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 315(2) and 322(1) of the Pensions Act 2004( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 15) Order 2014.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of sections 121(9)(b) (insolvency event, insolvency date and insolvency practitioner), 138(10)(a) (payment of scheme benefits) and 161(3)(b) (effect of Board assuming responsibility for a scheme) of the Pensions Act 2004 is 25th June 2014.
