The Digital Economy Act 2010 (Appointed Day No.4) Order 2014

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 47(3) of the Digital Economy Act 2010( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Digital Economy Act 2010 (Appointed Day No.4) Order 2014.

Provisions coming into force on 30th June 2014

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 43 of the Digital Economy Act 2010, and the entry in Schedule 2 to that Act relating to the Public Lending Right Act 1979 (and section 45 as it relates to that entry) is 30th June 2014.
