The Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2014

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 148(1) of the Adoption and Children Act 2002( 1 ), after consultation with the Welsh Ministers( 2 ) and the Scottish Ministers( 3 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2014.

Appointed day

2. 25th July 2014 is the appointed day for the coming into force of sections 125 to 128, 129 and 131 of the Adoption and Children Act 2002( 4 ).
