The Pensions Act 2014 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2014

The Treasury make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 56(6) of the Pensions Act 2014( 1 ):

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2014 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2014.

Provision coming into force on 23rd July 2014

2. 23rd July 2014 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 52 of the Pensions Act 2014 (public service pension schemes: transitional arrangements) for all purposes.
