The Lord Chancellor makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 85(3) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005( 1 ).

Citation and Commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Judicial Appointments and Discipline (Addition of Office) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1st October 2014.

Amendment

2. β€”(1) Table 1 (Appointments by the Lord Chancellor) in Part 3 of Schedule 14 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) After the entry for paragraph 15(1) of Schedule 9 to the Agriculture Act 1947( 3 ) and the office to which that paragraph relates insertβ€”

β€œ Appointed person Section 27A(1)(a) of the Registered Designs Act 1949 ( 4 ) ”
