The Secretary of State in exercise of powers conferred by section 24(1) and 24(2) of the Intellectual Property Act 2014( 1 ) makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Intellectual Property Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2014.

Commencement of section 23 of the Intellectual Property Act 2014

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of section 23 of the Intellectual Property Act 2014 is the day after the day on which this Order is made.
